Scissor Lifts
Scissor lifts were initially designed to provide bigger work space while lifting larger cargo. They are normally used to lift multiple employees who need access to the same work platform. This type of aerial lift is used for lifting individuals, materials and heavy equipment. These industrial machinery come in many colors, sizes and varieties. Electric models are typically quieter machines making them most suitable for warehouse operations. Scissor lifts which are powered by either diesel or gas are often referred to as rough-terrain lifts that are suited more for jobsites outdoors.
